Lannie asks about good sources.

Heitkam and Strachan are each very good.  Kona may be best of all, but it is
very difficult to get on their list.  For phone numbers, email addresses,
etc. enter the nouns above, plus the word 'queens' into google search.  Best
to also include in quotes.  Example "Kona Queens", "Heitkam Queens", etc.

Best of all, get a subcription to one of the two monthly magazines.  They
all advertise.
