Hello to all,

Well, the almond pollination has begun here in Calif. Like last year there are bees still listed in the news paper ( modestobee.com fresnobee.com ). One thing that I see often now, is that keepers are listing ( no pkgs), they want the growers to know that there bees are not made up from packages, also I'm getting phone calls from growers that are looking for bees and asking if they are packages or established hives with brood. The growers are becoming very wise to what's a good hive and what's a dud. The keepers with good bees are doing well this year in the almonds.
Hope all do well that are here in Calif almonds,
Keith Jarrett
