Although I regularly discuss disease management with Adee and other large
commercial beeks, I always take what they say with a grain of salt for the
above reasons, and hold other facts in confidence for proprietary reasons,
as they operate in a competitive environment.

Re the yearly $150 expenditure per hive, that figure would be cheap by
"normal" commercial California standards, as documented by Dr. Eric Mussen
(I am personally not in the norm).
