Dee,

Confirm for me, if you would, you don't use queen excluders over your 
unlimited brood nests, right?  Do you practice 'nectar management' 
(manage colonies to keep nectar out of the brood nests)?

Also, what swarm rates do you experience and how do you raise new 
queens?
