John -
Fairfax County Park Authority has archaeologists who work both on parkland
and county-wide. [We have ~23,000 acres of parkland in Fairfax County.] We
first prepared a Cultural Resource Management Plan in 2006; updated it in
2012, and have a draft update awaiting approval in March. If you want to
contact me, I would be glad to discuss in greater detail.
