There are many kinds of "mentorship," and as an IBCLC for 22 years you
probably do a lot on inherent mentorship by your excellent everyday
practice!
IBLCE has a Pathway 3 mentorship program for IBCLC aspirants, complete with
A multi-page Guidelines found here at the link following. The primary
mentor has a greater role to play than other IBCLCs who may be part of the
overall pla to provide clinical hour experience, but who don't want to
be"in charge of" the student.
