1986  "the committee responsible for rewriting the Recommended Dietary Allowances chart have to recognize that breastfed babies are the standard and that any intake recommendations must take into consideration the special availability of breast milk nutrients.  The average daily required milk intake was reduced from the  theoretical 850 ml. to the actual 750 ml.  P.
