You both are working with non-exposure situations, correct? First download
form # OMB No. 2040-0211, from Ohio EPA's website. You will need to do an
assessment, and reapply every five years.
OEPA
General Permits Program
P.O. Box 1049
Columbus, Ohio 43216-1049
Also, You may want to give Chris Cotney a call at 937-285-6442, "Ohio
Division of Surface Water". I have observed in the past that they are more
interested in compliance than giving you a fine.
Remember that you should maintain fairly clean exterior. Ex. No drums of
oil stored outside, etc.
