Sleep terrors can often be avoided by changing the sleep cycle. During a
period when the child is having them at night let the child fall asleep then
about 30-45 minutes later wake him or her up and let them go back to sleep.
Kind of like the 3 Stooges, "Wake up and go to sleep."
