I would recommend almost continuous cool cabbage or ice flowers til
resolution of engorgement. No heat on breasts. Frequent feeding w/ attention
to deep latch and/or hand expression as opposed to pumping. I would remove
bra if she has one.
I would add something that would facilitate letdown, like warm towel over
her shoulders, or back rub, or foot rub, soothing waterfall music, whatever
works during feeding or expressing. Also have heard of Rescue Remedy (herbal
or homeopathic?) to relax and help w/ letdown. I would be encouraged by the
1.1 oz and watch infant output.

This too will pass.
