I would recommend almost continuous cool cabbage or ice flowers til resolution of engorgement. No heat on breasts. Frequent feeding w/ attention to deep latch and/or hand expression as opposed to pumping. I would remove bra if she has one. I would add something that would facilitate letdown, like warm towel over her shoulders, or back rub, or foot rub, soothing waterfall music, whatever works during feeding or expressing. Also have heard of Rescue Remedy (herbal or homeopathic?) to relax and help w/ letdown. I would be encouraged by the 1.1 oz and watch infant output. This too will pass.
