Your requirements, as Robby the Robot would say, do not compute.

You can have the best - which, IMHO, are Mackerras, Boult and Holst
himself who are, respectively, "regular" digital (as it were), analogue
and acoustic (oddly, Holst's 1924 acoustic has more presence and sounds
better than the 1926 electric - Pearl and EMI respectively).

If you absolutely insist on going by the numbers printed on the booklet,
then the new Atlanta/Levi on Telarc is what you want.  It's a pretty good
performance, but not in the MBH league, and the sound is excellent -
although not, IMHO, better than the Mackerras.

Avoid the Dutoit.
