Thanks!

You can definitely adapt the slide show.  If you wanted to send us
your modified slides perhaps we could have "formula segment" of the
slide show (I am also giving a pediatric grand rounds in October, so
this would be very helpful, as the slides are obviously geared
towards adult medicine).

The mail I've received from Lactnet people has been very
enlightening. As an internist, this was not something I was very
familiar with, though none of it is surprising. I intend to post
links to some of the things I have received, which I imagine have
been posted on the listserve.
