2 CDs on Teldec 4509-97973-2.  Retails around 12 in UK.

Thoroughly recommended.  I had one of the CDs in the set as a single issue
and had to wait 4 years before Teldec issued the duo.  In that time I'd
combed secondhand stores and even advertised.
