After Alicia's post saying: "Personally, I will continue to recommend co-sleeping, providing parents with the data that are available and suggesting safety precautions" I'm changing what I tell parents when they go home from the nursery. I tell them its OK to have the baby in their bed room to let them know isn't not wrong. I'll now add the safe bed sharing adivce I usually save for parents who are sleeping with the baby in the room. I had loked at it as OK room sharing for everyone and if they're doing that then OK bed sharing. In fact I have to check on a potential breastfeeding discharge in a few minutes. -Rob *********************************************** The LACTNET mailing list is powered by L-Soft's renowned LISTSERV(R) list management software together with L-Soft's LSMTP(TM) mailer for lightning fast mail delivery.
