Mom #1: I sold a pump to a client 2 days ago. I drove over 20 minutes to get to her house at an odd hour and answered MANY questions. Her mother-in-law was asking a ton of questions because she never breastfed her children. I went over the entire product and functions. Today the mom calls and says that she just found out the product should have had an extra pocket and hers did not have that. I explained that that pocket is VERY new and that once her product was used I could not take it back to get a "pocket.' She feels like she has an "outdated" product after only a few days!! I did explain the pump was the exact same pump "except for the pocket." I have never had anyone act so rudely to me. Mom #2: Tonight a mom came to rent a pump. She had been using a hand held pump and was having pain in her hands. She was VERY nice and glad that I could see her at such a late hour. I answered her questions and she asked for cards to refer me to some of her friends. Mom#3: This morning a mom was supposed to come over to get a pump. She has been calling on and off for over a week. She has no idea why or how often she wants to pump. She just thinks she needs to have one. She got 'stuck" shopping at the mall and her cell phone would not work to tell me she was going to be late coming over. Now she wants to postpone the whole pump thing and is apologizing to me. I told her that some woman NEVER pump. She could breastfeed and then go to a movie and come home to breastfeed again. She was did not think this was a possibility without a pump. What a day!!!
