I have this on Erato performed by Monserrat Caballe and c/w < Roma > - both
with the Orch.  National de Lille under Jean-Claude Casadesus
(2292-45016-2), published in 1990 in the series called MusiFrance.

It claims to be (then) a world premiere (which it certainly wasn't for
Roma, that's for sure!).
