I probably overstated the case when I said the Rostropovitch recording of
the Dutilleux Cello Concerto is unavailable.  It may simply be out of stock
temporarily, according to Amazon.com.  I did not see it listed at all in
the several issues of Schwann I consulted but the 1998 RED Classical
Catalog lists it as EMI CDC 7 49304-2.
