I do not know Kocsis version but remember Ciccolini's well.  He traded
places with Samsom Francois who was better equiped to play Liszt's
Rhapsodies.  Ciccolini always had some trouble with virtuoso pieces and
the same goes for his Annees.  Besides, he sometimes tries to colour too
much - and uses sometimes the wrong colours at the wrong times.
