Liz, I had the pleasure of sharing lunch with Dr. M. S. Haque at LLLI's physician seminar in DC. He is a pediatrician from Bangladesh and active with the Bangladesh Breastfeeding Foundation. He was commenting that one of the greatest obstacles that is faced is the cultural superstition about colostrum.
