Those issues are covered in the above outline, so it could be used with only slight alterations for an initial inservice to cover the basics. Residents eagerly soak this stuff up and appear enthusiastic and empowered as a result. OBs are somewhat more ...... challenging, but I think that is fun too. Good Luck! Deb Springfield, VA
