Hi, all! A friend (Kathy Raskett) who is a childbirth educator just called and asked for help. She has a mother due in Sept. or any day (30 weeks at present) with quadruplets. The mother would like to talk with others who have breastfed tripletts or quadruplets. If you have experience--or know someone who has--and would be willing to talk with the mother or willing for her to call you, please email Kathy privately ([log in to unmask]). Also, the mother bought an electric pump (from an established breast pump company) that is not one of the hospital grade pumps--if anyone has information about the efficacy of this pump in bringing in and maintaining a milk supply should the babies be born prematurely and not allowed to go to breast immediately, please share that info with Kathy as well. Thanks. I'm still high from ILCA! Enjoyed seeing many of you there and meeting new friends as well. Thanks again for any help you can offer the above mother. Keitha -- in sunny Mississippi where it's getting cool (that is, less than 95 in the shade) and one can almost believe that Fall is nearly here. :)
