I would still suspect allergy here... what is baby sleeping on? feathers? or mites in comforter, pillows, crib bumper pads? Dusty room? Carpet in baby's room -- does baby nap in that room? wake from nap with stuffy nose/scratchy throat? What about reflux? Is the crib mattress flat? baby could be getting some reflux which wakes her, eats to comfort that, contends with mom's supply and then from laying flat during that feed as well, refluxes up the feed? How long ago did solids begin? what are they? when are they fed? is this baby being "stuffed" before bed in the hopes of sleeping longer at night and perhaps this fuller harder to digest belly is the root of the vomiting? Also food allergies sometimes take a sensitization period so the first few times the child encounters the food they have little or no outward reaction but after repeated exposure they exibit more and more problems. Does the family have a stomach flue going around? I've known children who only throw up at night when they have a flue and seem fine all day... "food for thought" Anne E.
