Dave: I am just small potatoes, but I have read of large operations
using the same basic method I use on the rare occasion I have what
appears to be wet honey. I leave the honey in the supers, blow air from
a dehydrator through the stack of colonies. A couple of days like this
and I get significant drying.

It could easily be adapted to what ever scale you use. Not very
sophisticated for my money.
