Greetings - Sorry to waist the band width, but have a question from a
very new bee keeper. Just 2 hives for 2 years.

I have the opportunity for pick up several wooden hives components which
are still in good physical shape, but the bee have died out in during
the last couple of winters. I passed on the offer because of the fear
of AFB and EFB. Then was told I could use a buring tourch and "clean
up" the wood by buring it just a little. I don't know of a gasing
facility in my part of the world [State of Washingtion] and was
wondering if this method of buring is possible or resonable for a small
number of hive boxes.

Thanks,

Bob
