Hi,

I've just had a sudden thought - what kind of bra is the woman wearing
when she runs? Is it possible her sports bras are not suitable for a
lactating woman, and are pressing on the milk ducts, causing blockages
and thus, mastitis? I thought of this because I am going to train up as
a bra fitter for the NCT, selling nursing bras and they were talking
about how vital it is for nursing mothers to wear correctly fitting
nursing bras, to avoid mastitis. They said that a standard bra is often
too narrow under the arms, thus pressing on the milk ducts under the
arm. I have experienced mastitis caused by ill-fitting bras myself, too.
