Eight or ten years ago I got a single sting on one ankle. I was on crutches for three days. Another time when was robbing a hive and had left my brain home I got approximately 20 stings on each ankle. One swelled up, and I couldn't walk for three days. The other ankle had no reaction. I still keep bees and do not have any other sort of reaction to stings. Another "Honeybee Mystery". -- "Test everything. Hold on to the good."
