Sounds like not only you and she are having some conflicts but also that
there are other things needing evaluation.  For example, other PCs concerned
about their role development, time to make calls, etc.  Any program needs
ongoing evaluation and improvement (quality assurance, quality improvement)
which should be planned for at the outset.  Perhaps a mtg with the supervisor
or a series of regular mtgs to iron out these difficulties and others that
are sure to arise in future and to clarify what is expected of everyone.
