Am considering placing ad in the phone book and would love input from anyone out there with an opinion on the subject. The crux of the matter, for me, is setting myself apart from retail outlets (although I am happy to sell and rent pumps, etc.) The name of my business is "Breastfeeding Resources of Scottsdale", the tag line after that is "comprehensive professional breastfeeding services". Then I list my 3 main services: prevention and management of BF problems; personalized back-to-work plans; and breast pump rentals and sales. Then I list my name followed by board certified lactation consultant; the nearest major crossroads (as opposed to my home address) and "all services by appointment". I welcome all comments, recommendations, criticisms, etc. Please e-mail privately unless you think this is of general interest and appropriate to discuss on L'net. TIA.
