I can not remember who posted about this. In Lawrence's book it says:

"Higher uptake in the infant than mother. Strongly bound to hemoglobin so
not much gets into milk. Formula may have higher concentration. M/P ratio
0.02-1  Maximum amount in milk (mg/l) .072              page 734

In Chemical Agents and Breastmilk, page 471, it says:

"Effect on infant: significant
Data: Although usually lead concentrations in human milk do not constitute a
significant health hazard to the infant, the lead intoxicated mother should
have specific testing done before nursing is continued, as damage to the
infant's central nervous system is a risk of lead exposure."
