The Second National Symposium concerning bees will be held at USP in Ribeirao Preto, Sao Paulo, Brazil June 6-9, 1996, along with an International Symposium of IUSSI - International Union for the Study of Social Insects Prof. Carlos A. Garofalo is the president of the organizing committee. This will be mostly in Portuguese, though many speakers from overseas will give their talks in English.
