Hi Pat, My Path book (Robbins and Cotran) says a ganglioglioma is a CNS tumor whose stroma consists of neuroglial tissue. Remember glia, the "nurse cells" of the brain? They are extremely rare and generally occur in children and young adults. The prognosis is favorable. See, you're one in a billion, Pat! Regards, Catherine Watson Genna, IBCLC nyc [log in to unmask]
