This woman can breastfeed without any interuption. Just as she could if she
had her ankle xrayed or even her chest for that matter.  Who ever is removing
this tattoo may be handly with the laser but needs to take a basic review
course on lactation physiology before giving such a groundless WRONG answer.
 I suggest that the Dr in question call a physician Medical Assoicate of LLL
near him if he is still uncomfortable with the thought of this.
