Hi all,
Last Friday I sprained my ankle - immediate swelling, bruising, pain etc.
After icing it down for the first 24 hours, tried wrapping it in cabbage held
in place with a loose elastic bandage overnight. Next am, only the parts not
under the cabbage were still grossly swollen - the rest was much better. Next
night I wrapped the toes too. Yup- success.
