To: C. Brown I just learned this today (I signed on-line a week ago). To read and compose mail when not on line, choose "mail" from top line. Choose "flash sessions", then choose "walk thru". Follow the directions, choosing to download mail during your flash sessions (it will make more sense to you when you go through it). Then you can just activate a flash session- it will pick up mail, and send any you have written out; then sign off (either manually or automatically - you chose during the set up of your flash session), but just to the "good bye" screen. Now go to the top line again, choose "mail", then choose "Personal Filing Cabinet". Now you can read your mail, and compose replies for later without paying on line charges until you are ready to really do something. If I didn't have a computer programmer in the family, I'ld be lost! Donna L. Coe RN IBCLC
