On the question of whether those of you who keep subject files on topics discussed on LactNet can forward these posts to people who ask for information on that topic: I think this is a *great* service to the list members, and hope that everyone is comfortable with this. I have given blanket permission to people who have requested to copy anything I post to whatever source they want (newsletter, hospital administrator, friend, etc.). Maybe we should all think about how we feel about this issue and then let the list know -- or let's assume that we all think is OK, and only those people who are uncomfortable with this should let the list know.
