Hi to All Over the week-end I had a nurse-midwifery student come up and ask about prolactin levels. She was interested in the pathophysiology explanation of why prolactin levels increase at night during sleep and also during stress. She said at night you are relaxed and sleeping and if your are stressed, you usually are tense. How about it, you wonderful smart lactnetters? Thanks JAN AKEN RN IBCLC [log in to unmask] COM
