Dearest Tom,
        I was *so* looking forward to posting a condescending little note to
the list about the Aggies beating Texas Tech in football today.
Unfortunately, the Aggies didn't come through, and they LOST to Texas Tech.
How embarrassing!  :(  So I'm posting this public acknowledgement that your
football team is better than ours--this year.
