Goat's milk is meant for kids BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA (I couldn't resist that one). According to my Nutrition text books it can be used as ABM. It is deficient in folic acid, so " infants recieveing goats milk as their major source of calories shold recieve folic acid supplements". It did not say anything about diluting it, as must be done with cow's milk. BTW goat's milk has more essential fatty acids than cow's milk nad more medium and short chain fatty acids. This may make it more readily digestible than cow's milk. Source: Nutrition in Health and Disease by Anderson et al ISBN 0-397-54282-8. Carol M. Coughlin, RD Your Favorite Dietitian
