I'm sure your bees aren't stressed as much as commercially worked, migratory bees. And when the bees are kept in one location, there's hardly a better way to get a bee that is well adapted to local conditions. Maybe my bees are more stupid, since I have too many of them that don't successfully raise replacement queens when mamma fails. But then again, this mostly happens during cotton spray season, so I think there may be a connection. Cells are raised, but obviously they don't get mated or established.
