Dear Judy Once again, you are on the same wavelength as me (poor you!!). I think that we all need to really focus on teaching parents to ask the correct questions. Good questions provide useful answers. Poor questions provide muddy or zero thinking! Where food and nutrition are concerned, the questions are ususally poor. "What can I eat that is quick, easy, cheap and tastes good is the question most adults ask themselves." Try answering "What can I eat that will nourish my body?" Probably got different answers. Answering Judy's questions "What is safest for me? ......my baby?...." will provide different answers than "How can I get through this with the least interruption to my life?" (The answers to this question are seen in the number of "scheduled" deliveries for the convenience of both mothers and doctors). Sorry for the soapbox. This is a current interest of mine--how to get people to ask intelligent questions. Queen Raging Hormones
