What to do with a 4 gallon pail of high moisture honey:

1. Feed it back to your bees and let them do the job.
2. Throw in some yeast and enjoy the Mead (best option).
3. Eat it fast before it starts to smell funny.
4. Sell it now as industrial grade honey.
5. Get some very low moisture honey and mix it with the stuff.
6. Put it in the freezer and worry about it later (least effort).
