David,
   I'm not sure why this was brought up again (I've been gone for a few days),
but the whole discussion is moot (for HISTARCH). RJ was booted off HISTARCH
last November, and can no longer post here whatsoever. He has been causing
trouble on ARCH-L which is where the discussion about removing him has been
occurring.
