Dr Roger Morse et al did quite a bit of very technical food technologist
type work a few years back re: the use of honey in apple juices, etc,
referring to cloudiness issues, etc.
 
I've never bothered to keep a copy of the work, as it was not in my
particular interest, but I've been asked to get ahold of it for a juice
manufacturer.  Can anyone on the list give me some of the references?
