The oxalic acid label on API-Bioxalâ„¢ was changed earlier to allow the use of OA with honey supers on.  There is no issue with selling honey from a colony that was treated with OA. 

My interpretation of the statement concerning hobbyists implies that they will have an "Own Use" exemption similar to what beekeepers in New Zealand are allowed to do.  The Own Use exemption is what Randy has been pursuing.
