I don't know of an IBCLC or special breastfeeding support group in
Tanzania, but I know Dr Sebalda Leshabari, who is a doctor at Muhimbili
School of Nursing in Dar es Salaam.  See

will find a address and phone numbers too.  I met Sebalda many years ago,
and she is a wonderful breastfeeding proponent.  The culture is really
geared towards breastfeeding in Tanzania, so it's likely that any nursing
sister, midwife or community sister would be able to help your client.
