Pete, I'm not understanding.  Were your virus tests for a yard average, or
for that specific hive?
A 5% infestation 4 weeks after a good mite treatment strongly suggests that
the mite count was rather high prior to treatment, which was my only point,
since a high mite infestation rate typically leads to a DWV epidemic in the
hive that takes some time to clear, even if one has reduced the mite
infestation rate.
