All the suggestions I  have seen have merit. However, the real object should 
be to eliminate entirely the lifting and carrying of heavy supers. It is not 
a difficult problem; the objects are all the same sizes and shapes.

My super loading gadget works fairly well and fairly quickly. I clamp a 
lifting frame on the stack of boxes I want to load, lift it with the chain 
hoist and roller carriage and roll it into the truck. I use 6 5/8 supers, 
but it works just as well with deeps. The supers have been cleared with an 
escape board placed one or two days before using the same set-up. I put an 
extracted super below the extractor to give the bees room to move down.
