I am only speaking for myself/family - I cannot tolerate any dairy - figure
both the proteins casein and whey are problematic for me - life is so much
better without either - take calcium supp instead. That being said I can
tolerate a small amt of cream in my coffee but that is it for dairy for me
- don't use butter.
My daughter and DIL are same but both find that butter or any sauce mixes
that contain any dairy cause reactions (not life threatening) but
problematic enough, they avoid them if at all possible.
