The usual other stressor said to be nosema
But my bees have been tested 4 or 5 times and all tests
have been zero nosema
I suppose VD is a stressor as well as a vector?

Another symptom is very bad smelling feces,
if the guts are damaged then this is not suprising.
Rather like high feed silage (dairy cows) but much worse
