I am not sure what another level will do to change your plan. If you know the milk production is low, and you are doing things to increase that and keep baby at breast, then you are on target. If you haven't already, investigate for things that lower milk production like long inter-feed intervals, certain meds or herbs, etc. Mom may want to read the book "Making More Milk."
